Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the right of withdrawal set out in article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. The window applies to first purchases of digital products and to the first charge of a subscription.

• The request must be made within the 7-day window, using the e-mail address linked to the purchase.
• No justification is required inside the window; outside it, refunds are analysed case by case, mainly for technical failures we cannot resolve or duplicate charges.
• Refunds are not granted where there is evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, credential sharing or unauthorised redistribution of content.

Send an e-mail to contact@garciaetavaresltda.com with the subject “Refund request”, including your full name, the e-mail used at checkout, the product or plan name and the purchase date. We confirm receipt within 2 business days.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time from your account or by e-mailing us; cancellation stops all future charges.
• After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the period already paid.
• Renewal charges are refundable when the cancellation or refund request is received within 7 days of that charge.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days on our side. The amount then appears according to the payment method: credit card refunds usually appear on the next one or two invoices depending on the issuer, and Pix or bank transfers are typically credited within up to 10 business days.

Once a refund is approved, access to the corresponding product or subscription is revoked, and any content downloaded must no longer be used or shared.
